At Sanoor Beauty, we strive to provide the best beauty products globally. We carefully inspect all items before they are shipped to you, but in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

1. No Returns, Only Replacements

We do not offer returns on any products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot accept used or opened products for replacement.

2. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@sanoor.shop. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

Our team will assist you in processing the replacement.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You must request the replacement within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and unopened (for items that were not defective upon arrival).

4. Shipping Costs for Replacements

Sanoor Beauty covers the cost of shipping for replacements in cases of damaged or defective items. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for products. However, if the item is out of stock or unable to be replaced, we will provide a store credit for the full value of the item.
